1) T.C. The nationality of secondary education (high school) in Turkey or have completed all the k.k.t.c.,
2) K.K.T.C. nationals (except those who have completed their secondary education (high school) in K.K.T.C high schools and have GCE AL results and those who have or will have GCE AL exam results by enrolling and studying at colleges and high schools in other countries between 2005-2010),
3) First nationality T.C. except for those who have completed their last three years of secondary education (high school) in a foreign country except TRNC (those who have completed all of their secondary education (high school) in a foreign country other than TRNC, except for those who have completed secondary education abroad before 01.02.2013. )
4) One of the nationality is K.K.T.C. dual citizens (except those who have completed their secondary education (high school) in high schools in K.K.T.C. and have GCE AL exam results between 2005-2010 and who have or will have GCE AL exam results by enrolling in and training in colleges and high schools in other countries),
5) the application of dual nationality with schools in the embassies of Turkey T. C within their nationals who study in foreign schools located in Turkey, or the nationality of the first T. C will not be accepted.
